Tuina is a Chinese massage that focuses on certain complaints.  It is typically deep and specific to an area of pain.  By targeting specific muscle groups, muscles can more easily relax and blood flow increases to the area.  Common problems treated with tuina are sciatic pain, shoulder pain, tension headaches, back pain, stiff neck, and plantar fasciitis.
